I am Belgian, born in the small village of "Mar Bobo" located in the south-east of Turkey. My parents cultivated fields and raised livestock to feed a family of nine children I was the last to arrive. Life was not easy for families at the time, so a child was starting to help his parents already at the age of 6-7.

Unfortunately, work took precedence over the school. There was very little room for schooling, if at all. Arrived in Belgium at the age of 9, I was immediately enrolled in school. I learned French and started to pursue a real education.

Five years later, with my family, we asked and proudly obtained Belgian nationality.

At the end of my studies, I started a Marketing Graduate at EPHEC in Brussels, which I obtained with distinction. With this encouragement, I pursued a degree in Administration and Business Management at UCL-IAG which I also completed with distinction.

I then started my professional life. After a little over a year as an employee, I started as an independent, and with colleagues, we created a company in the field of accounting software. Currently, an important part of my professional activity is teaching software accounting to high school students.

With the support of the inhabitants of Evere, I became Municipal Councilor in 2012. I am also President of ASBL Triton (the communal pool of Evere) and I represent Evere on the Board of Directors of Hydrobru (drinking water distribution) .

I am married and have a little girl who is now going to kindergarten.
